'swatch' package is not currently available in EPEL 9.

EPEL 8 version of swatch is: swatch-3.2.3-28.el8.1.noarch

Hold on this. We should do the branch after this is reviewed and added:

Looks like it was renamed before upstream vanished due to trademark issues.
