Doc Text:
.The Ceph File System client can now track average read, write, and metadata latencies Previously, the Ceph File System client would track only the cumulative read, write, and metadata latencies. However, average read, write, and metadata latencies are more useful to the user. With this feature, the client can start tracking average latencies and forward it to the metadata server to display in the `perf stats` command output and the `cephfs-top` utility.
