.New Ansible playbook is added to define an insecure registry
Previously, when deploying a {storage-product} cluster with a large number of hosts in a disconnected installation environment, it was tedious to populate the `/etc/containers/registries.conf` file on each host.
With this release, a new Ansible playbook is added to define an insecure registry in the `/etc/containers/registries.conf` file.
Therefore, the deployment of such a Ceph cluster in a disconnected installation environment is now easier as the user can populate `/etc/containers/registries.conf` with this new playbook.
