The package ldc is needed for building onedrive in EPEL 8. As we have requests to build onedrive in EPEL8, I'm writing to ask for ldc first.

Will you be able to branch and build ldc in epel8?
The EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer
if you do not wish to build it on epel8. Please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ldc/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay here! This one turned out to be much more complicated than the epel9 build.

I finally got it bootstrapped now so you guys can go ahead with building ldc and dub if you want.
