Section Number and Name: Chapter 1. Migrating your IdM environment from RHEL 8 servers to RHEL 9 servers

Describe the issue: Customer sometimes try to migrate from RHEL 7 installations directly to RHEL 9. It is not supported, and will inevitably fail, most likely due to differences in crypto policies enabled by default. We never say explicitly that it's not the way to go.

Suggestions for improvement: I propose to add section about upgrading from earlier versions of RHEL. Something among the lines:

Direct migration from RHEL 7 and earlier versions is not supported. In order to migrate to RHEL 9 from RHEL 7, you should first migrate to RHEL 8 as described here  - [1] - and then only then migrate to RHEL 9. 

Probably, same statement is required for RHEL 8 documentation as well.
