Description of problem:
I use the cups.org software trouble report database quite extensively, so it
would be great to be able to track cups.org STR numbers in our bugzilla database
as well.

Don't know if you need the URL for external bugs, but in case you do it's this:

http://cups.org/str.php?L${bugid} 

with ${bugid} replaced by the actual number.
