Description of problem:
There are lots of downstream patches in bash package. Check if there may be some patches that could be removed or upstreamed.

This was only partially solved through `bash-5.2.9-3` update.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
