Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy RDR setup
2. Create drpolicy from acm UI(which creates mirrorpeer automatically )
3.
Actual results:
Mirrorpeer took almost 20-25 min to be in ExchangedSecret state
Expected results:
mirrorpeer should not take this much time
