Description of problem: Description text is missing in Live Migrations section: "some text" appears instead. Also, the wording is wrong on control titles: should be "Max. migrations"

1. Open Virtualization Overview page
2. Go to Settings tab
3. Go to Live Migrations section

The redundant text disappeared, but word "Migrations" is still titlecase, it should be lowercase, like in the popup. See attachments
