Description of problem: VM creation flow is stuck, when using example Template, that is created from default YAML .


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): v4.12.0-131


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Create example Template from YAML
2. Go to Catalog
3. Selectp created Template

Actual results: Creation flow is stuck


Expected results: Creation flow starts

yes it's related. the 2132783 can be reproduced with any templates with registry, URL or container disk source
