Describe the issue:

Current documentation uses the upstream repository https://github.com/RamenDR/ocm-ramen-samples for example application deployment.

This needs to change to branch specific repository downstream,
For example for 4.12, it should be https://github.com/red-hat-storage/ocm-ramen-samples/tree/release-4.12

And for 4.11 it should be https://github.com/red-hat-storage/ocm-ramen-samples/tree/release-4.11

This is required as across downstream releases there are changes to samples, which are hence best leveraged from the respective release branch than the generic upstream branch which will keep accumulating future changes.
