Description of problem:
Please build py-radix 0.10.0 for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
py-radix-0.10.0-1.el9

Actual results:
No py-radix in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
py-radix-0.10.0-1.el8

Additional info:
py-radix 0.10.0 is required by a tool I would like to use (and maybe package).
