Doc Text:
.`host.containers.internal` entry is no longer added to the `/etc/hosts` file of deployed containers Previously, certain podman versions would, by default, add a `host.containers.internal` entry to the `/etc/hosts` file of deployed containers. Due to this, issues arose in some services with respect to this entry, as it was misunderstood to represent FQDN of a real node. With this fix, Cephadm mounts the host's `/etc/hosts` file when deploying containers. The `host.containers.internal` entry in the `/etc/hosts` file in the containers, is no longer present, avoiding all bugs related to the entry, although users can still see the host's `/etc/hosts` for name resolution within the container.
