Describe the issue:
For 4.11.3, We have made some changes to applying the policy modal to get the PVC selector as input from the user.

As per this change, 
  1. If the user selects overall only one placement rule from the applications, then they have the freedom to provide a PVC selector label. Hence only matching PVCs are DR-protected.
  2. If the user selects more than one placement rule, then all the PVCs under the application are DR-protected.
