We should update our .NET 7 RC1 build in RHEL 8 to the RC 2 build.

The RC 2 release is a security update that includes fixes for https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2022-41032. If we don't update .NET 7, it leaves customers and users vulnerable to the security vulnerabilities.

We will use an automated test suite to verify that there are no regressions.

This was replaced by newer versions of .NET - SDK 7.0.105 and Runtime 7.0.5 - which were shipped through https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2023:3094
