Description Veronika Doubkova 2022-10-18 13:18:03 UTC
/etc/os-release contains
DOCUMENTATION_URL="https://access.redhat.com/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/"
which leads to 404. It should use https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8 instead.

This affects rhel 7,8 and 9 (just replace 8 in the urls).

I opened https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CCSOPS-1589 for having redirects in the documentation, but maybe it makes sense to fix this in the os-release file as well.

We'd like to close off the Jira associated with this BZ. When will this be verified?
