Description Diego Herrera 2022-10-18 16:43:46 UTC
Please branch and build kiss-fft in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain kiss-fft in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS dherrera);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kiss-fft/adduser

Comment 1 František Dvořák 2022-10-26 09:17:56 UTC
I added you as co-maintainer.

This package would probably need some refactoring - it is generally frown upon static libraries. But I guess for the epel9 can be just used the current rawhide version though?

Comment 2 Diego Herrera 2022-11-03 01:33:14 UTC
It would actually be better if the package also generated the shared version of the library, but for now what is in rawhide is fine for what I need in epel9 :)

I'll consider sending a PR for the shared build in the future.
