I talked to Olivier about this, and he mentioned:

> this has been raised in the xorg security mailing list (closed list), and the consensus is that this is not a CVE

> Besides, _XFreeX11XCBStructure() is called from XFreeDisplayStructure() which is called by XOpenDisplay if it runs out of memory and also by XCloseDisplay - Basically, for 99.9% of the time at exit

So not a CVE, nor anything bad really. Closing this as WONTFIX
