Update to 4.3.0 (#2136590)
the-new-hotness/release-monitoring.org's scratch build of rubygem-jekyll-4.3.0-1.fc36.src.rpm for rawhide failed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=93250291 I have rebased the Fedora pacthes and built this successfully in Mock. I will test the new build locally when I have time, then submit updates to all Fedora releases.
