Description of problem:
SendGrid secret is missing in dev addon:

$ oc get secret -n openshift-storage|grep dev

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy provider cluster with dev addon
2. Check for secrets:
$ oc get secret -n openshift-storage

Actual results:
SendGrid secret is missing.

Expected results:
All secrets are present.

The problem is present also in qe addon.

Tested with:
ocs-osd-deployer.v2.0.7

@fbalak Can we verify and close this bug as the issue was fixed recently by the OCM team?
