How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have two queues set up.
2. In one of the queues, alter the 'location' field but don't click Apply.
3. Switch to the other queue.
4. In the pop-up dialog, click 'Apply'.
5. Switch back to the original queue.
6. Click 'Refresh'.
  
Actual results:
Change seems to have disappeared until Refresh is clicked.

Expected results:
Change is shown.
