delete vm modal

Description of problem:
Create a vm from catalog and then delete it, usually, there is a checkbox about delete vm disk, once it's unchecked, the vm disk is not deleted along with vm.
But this checkbox is gone or not loaded well.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vm from catalog and start it
2. delete the vm
3.

Actual results:
there is no checkbox about "Delete vm disks", so user have no chance to uncheck it to keep the vm disk.

Expected results:
there is a checkbox about delete vm disk, once it's unchecked, the vm disk is not deleted along with vm

The bug is fixed, you need to manually move this bug to ON_QA, so it can be verified.
