Description of problem:

After backport of SNI feature refactor in apache httpd, mod_http2 unfortunately
contains redundant logs and code.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

mod_http2-1.15.7-5

How reproducible:

Can be reproduced by proxying http2 communication.

Actual results:

2 log messages about setting SNI.

Expected results:

1 log message
