Description of problem:
`hammer repository types` isn't including the `creatable` option that's available in the API. I believe it's because `build_options` is missing in the related class in hammer-cli-katello

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.12

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check `hammer repository types --help

Actual results:
--creatable is not in the options

Expected results:
--creatable should be in the options
