Description of problem:

/etc/libreport/events.d/sosreport_event.conf need update to accomodate sos commandline changes as of RHEL 8.8. Namely, use 'sos report' command instead of deprecated 'sosreport' and use 'dnf' plugin instead of already dropped 'yum':
