vm in erro miss link

Description of problem:
Have some VMs in status like WaitingForVolumeBinding/ErrorUnschedulable, visit  "VirtualMachine statuses" card in overview page, there is no link for VMs which in error status.

Expected results:
there is a link for VMs in error, so it looks align with others
