Fedora 37 Final has been delayed by several weeks due to multiple factors (most lately the pending critical openssl vuln). Currently we have GNOME 43.0 in stable for F37. 43.1 is released upstream, though not yet built for Fedora 37.

Given the delays, I'd suggest it would make sense to pull 43.1 in for F37 Final if it is built and submitted relatively soon. This provides a newer (and hopefully better) experience on the live images, and a better impression of freshness for the release.

This bug is filed for the purpose of being proposed as a freeze exception to allow this to happen.

This is part of the broader plan, generally agreed upon at the 2022-10-27 go/no-go meeting, to consider freshening up key components for the delayed release.

A question here: GNOME 43.1 didn't include gnome-shell 43.1. fmuellner says a gnome-shell 43.1 is planned probably in "another couple of days". Do we want to include that in this?
