Description of problem: If ssh key was added while creating a VM, the VM stays in "Provisioning" status.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): KCP v4.12.0-149


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start creation flow, select Customize VirtualMachine
2. Go to Scripts tab, add SSH key
3. Create VM

Actual results: VM stays in "Provisioning" status


Expected results: VM starts
