Description of problem:

ROSA 4.11.9 consumer onboarding failed on dev addon (feature testing) with storage cluster in error state

This is bug observed on feature testing on dev addon 
OCP4.11.9

1/1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy appliance mode provider with rosa 4.11.9
2. Deploy consumer cluster with rosa 4.11.9 and install ODFMS-consumer addon (Observed on ocs-consumer-dev addon) 


Actual results:
consumer storageCluster in error state.

Marking this as verified as
On the freshly deployed ROSA4.11.25 and ROSA 4.11.33 clusters,  provider Addon deployed successfully.  
Provider ROSA version is not configurable and the latest version is used for appliance mode deployments. Hence verification is done on ROSA 4.11.25 and ROSA4.11.33

Fixed in version 2.0.12
