Ihac who is observing a similar issue cause due to 443 port in rgw service. On upgrade from OCS 4.8 to 4.9, getting 502 bad gateway error on accessing rgw route. On accessing rgw endpoint no issue was observed. On investigating further, observed port 443 was added in rgw service in ODF 4.9 and onwards, which is causing the issue. On creating rgw service without 443 port, and creating route from it, issue is not observed. The customer can't use a manually created route as their dev team cannot change the endpoint and is looking for a fix. Regards, Sonal Arora The change should be available to test on all ODF 4.13 build after 4.13.0-93. *** Bug 2161279 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
