Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

rpm-4.16.1.3-17.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the OS with RHEL-9.2.0-20221031.0 dvd iso
2. running any rpm -q <package> command 
3. check the output

Actual results:
Always get error message
error: /usr/lib/rpm/macros.d/macros.dist: line 11: Macro %dist_debuginfod_url has empty body

Expected results:
Just give out the command output without error message.

I think the  dnf tool still have the problem
