Description of problem:

Preupgrade and upgrade jobs should not mention RHEL 7, since they also support RHEL 8

Verified.

Version tested: Satellite 6.13 Snap 4.0

Verification Steps:
1. Navigate to Monitor --> Jobs
2. Run "leapp pre-upgrade" and "leapp-upgrade" jobs.
3. Verify that the jobs doesn't mention "RHEL7" as it supports "RHEL8" as well.

Result:
"leapp pre-upgrade" and "leapp-upgrade" jobs doesn't mention "RHEL7" as it supports "RHEL8" as well.
