Description of problem:
If auto matic decimal point is selected it does not works.
It works if un-selected from preferences.

1. click on edit->preferences->general
2. select automatic decimal

Actual results:
automatic decimal point ¨does-not¨ work while entering ammount to transaction
records

Expected results:
automatic decimal point ¨should¨ work while entering ammount to transaction records

I can't reproduce this with 2.0.4-1.fc6 - if I set it, and enter '123', it gets
changed to 1.23. If it's not set, it's treated as 123.00.
