Description of problem:
I printed a PDF with Evince, and chose to only print odd pages. The printer (HP
3320) printed the whole document.

Confirmed.  When I tried this, the job was actually sent with only these options:

I expect to see 'page-set=even' there, but it isn't.

Seems to work with Fedora 7 onwards.
