Description Peter Ohlerich 2022-11-08 11:50:14 UTC
Description of problem:
Current release of firejail ( firejail-0.9.70-1.el8 ) requires xdg-dbus-proxy which is not available in EPEL8

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firejail-0.9.70-1.el8

How reproducible:
trying to install the above mentioned release

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Currently installed release on my system is firejail-0.9.62.2-1.fc32
2. dnf update
3. Give up updating firejail

Actual results:
Last metadata expiration check: 3:49:47 ago on Tue Nov 8 07:49:16 2022.
Error:
Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package firejail-0.9.62.2-1.fc32.x86_64
  - nothing provides xdg-dbus-proxy needed by firejail-0.9.70-1.el8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

Expected results:
Automatic selection of package containing xdg-dbus-proxy (which is not existing (yet)).
