Description of problem:
In 6.13 the Details tab of the new host details UI is no longer an experimental feature. It should no longer be behind the 'Show experimental labs' setting.

1. Administer > Settings > General > Show experimental labs > set to No
2. Hosts > All Hosts > (select a host)


Actual results:
The Details tab is not present.

The Details tab is present.

Failed QA.

Using 6.13 snap 1.1 I still need to enable "Show Experimental Labs" to see the Details tab.

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.13.0 Snap 7.0

Steps:
1. Administer > Settings > General > Show experimental labs > set to No
2. Hosts > All Hosts > (select a host)

Observation:
The Details tab is present for host and contains following cards,
System properties, Operating system, Provisioning, BIOS, Provisioning templates, Networking interfaces
