Description of problem:
Can't upgrade to clang-15.0.4 that recently hit updates-testing because qt-creator-8.0.1 doesn't like it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
clang*-15.0.4
qt-creator-8.0.1

How reproducible:
Perform a dnf upgrade with the updates-testing repo enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf upgrade

Actual results:
clang packages should be upgraded

Expected results:
Problem 1: package qt-creator-8.0.1-3.fc37.x86_64 requires clang-libs(x86-64) = 15.0.0, but none of the providerscan be installed
- cannot install both clang-libs-15.0.4-1.fc37.x86_64 and clang-libs-15.0.0-3.fc37.x86_64
- cannot install both clang-libs-15.0.4-1.fc37.x86_64 and clang-libs-15.0.0-2.fc37.x86_64

I see a new build of qt-creator is available now.  clang updates now and qt-creator seems to work fine.  Will mark closed.
