The openldap-epel package in EPEL 9 provides the packages built from the openldap source RPM in RHEL 9 that are not released in RHEL 9. It therefore can not be updated independently from the package in RHEL 9, but must be updated in lock step with it. The EPEL package will be updated if and when the package in RHEL is updated.
