Description of problem:

Customer has built several RHEL servers in the Azure cloud. These servers are using the BYOS model and are connected to the internal Satellite system. SCA is enabled in customer's environment. However, the Azure Server cannot be observed in Subscription Watch even after installing insights agent on all of them.
