Describe the issue:

Currently in external mode docs starting from ODF 4.10 to 4.12 mention minimum required RHCS version as 4.2.z1

Based on the program call discussion, QE plans to follow the following testing matrix

4.10 - RHCS 4.3
4.11 - RHCS 5.2
4.12 - RHCS 5.2 + 5.3

Hence, we need to finalize the support level with @bipin Kunal and @eran and accordingly make changes in the documentations.
