Description of problem: Duplication of migration plan fails on storage mapping stage if source provider is RHV


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): MTV 2.3.4


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create RHV provider
2. Create storage and network mappings
3. Create new plan that uses provider and mappings created before
4. After plan goes to `Ready` state duplicate it
5. Don't do any changes in duplicated plan, just press 'Next' button

Actual results:
Storage mapping page doesn't have any controls to reconfigure mapping, next button is not available

Expected results:
User should be able to re-configure mappings and continue creating duplicated plan

Additional info:
This is regression, in MTV 2.3.3 GA this problem doesn't occur.

Moving this bug to doc bugs cause this problem was reproducing rarely on another computers

Bug is reproduced in 100% cases on:
OS: Fedora 36, KDE, kernel 6.0.8-200.fc36.x86_64
Browsers: Firefox 106.0.4 (64 bit) and Chrome 107.0.5304.110
Cluster: 
OCP 4.11.9
CNV 4.11.0
MTV 2.3.4-7
Cluster is running on PSI.
