According to DNF, there's only a few packages that need to be upgraded/rebuilt: bash-5.1# dnf repoquery -q --whatrequires libjxl --qf "%{SOURCERPM}: %{REPOID}" aom-3.2.0-4.el9.src.rpm: epel jpegxl-0.6.1-8.el9.src.rpm: epel kf5-kimageformats-5.90.0-2.el9.src.rpm: epel kf5-kimageformats-5.96.0-2.el9.next.src.rpm: epel-next This is a incompatable upgrade. It goes from libjxl.so.0.6 to libjxl.so.0.7 If we do this update, please remember to announce it, because it affects other repo's, and perhaps other users. # dnf repoquery -q --whatrequires libjxl --qf "%{SOURCERPM}: %{REPOID}" ... libheif-1.12.0-4.el9.src.rpm: rpmfusion-free-updates xine-lib-1.2.12-7.el9.src.rpm: rpmfusion-free-updates Another way to resolve this quickly is to generate a compat subpackage (as libjxl0.6) as part of the upgrade with the old version until everything is rebuilt.
