Closing this issue as WONTFIX. Use of sensubility will not be part of releases of RHOSP after 17.1 (will be replaced with an alternative simplified solution) and use of ansible-role-collectd-role in RHOSP 17.1 will not be recommended, and thus the priority of this fix is very low.
