Description of problem:

Got DbusConnectionError: org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.PermissionDenied: Authorization request cancelled

for OVS action.

How reproducible:
10% ~ 50%

Steps to Reproduce:

Besides above OVS error. We also see constant failure on veth:

E           libnmstate.error.NmstateInternalError: DbusConnectionError: org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.UnknownDevice: No suitable device found for this connection (device eth0 not available because profile is not compatible with device (mismatching interface name)).


You may try it via `cd cd nmstate/tests/integration; sudo pytest -vvvvv -k veth`

This is low priority, as nmstate will retry on NM failures.
