Description of problem:
When removing pulp2 content using "satellite-maintain content remove-pulp2", the squid package is uninstalled, but /var/spool/squid still exists and contains old data, confusing users

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.10

How reproducible:
10-%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 6.9
2. upgrade to 6.10 incl pulp2-to-3 migration

Actual results:
/var/spool/squid exists

Expected results:
/var/spool/squid is gone
