Copy of /var/log/messages showing another message tha may be related. The messages is PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #10:2000000@e2000000 for 0000:02:04.0 and PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #10:2000000@e2000000 for 0000:02:04.1
This my give you some more insight to what is causing the issue, it includes
another error that is not displayed in dmesg.
