Upon installation of pypolicyd-spf-2.9.3-1.fc36.noarch, postfix started rejecting email:

dnf downgrade provides a workaround by installing pypolicyd-spf-2.0.2-14.fc36.noarch

Installed.  Reported problem does not appear.
