Description of problem:
  The configuration file /etc/default/postsrsd is not marked as such in the SPEC file and is overwritten with new-install defaults upon upgrade.  


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  1.12 and earlier


How reproducible:
  Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a new package version


Actual results:
  /etc/default/postsrsd is replaced with upstream defaults

Expected results:
  /etc/default/postsrsd is preserved as a config file
