I don't think we care about the size of this image. Feel free to remove the limit.

Looks like this is fixed (we didn't get a report from 20221214.n.0). It also looks like the max size was bumped to 8G (per https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/releases/f37/blocking/ ) but nobody filed a relval ticket to tell me. I'll update that value.
