Quack,

python3-uvloop is used by postfix-mta-sts-resolver to dramatically improve performance. I made build and except for autorelease and autochangelog macros not supported in EL9 it was successful:

Could you consider providing an EPEL9 package please?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
